JD, youngest graduate Vermont Law School, age 23, and admitted to bar in Vermont. Subsequently licensed to practice in MA, CO and CA.

Trained private pilot (single engine) and hangliding. Sea captain, sailboat, 8 months aboard in Northwest Atlantic Ocean. (Bicycled across the US in 35 days.)

Intern with UNESCO division of Marine Science and the IOC, Paris, France when I was 26.


Award

Awarded SeaGrant Fellowship and served on staff of US Senate Committee, and was US Senate liaison to 9th London Dumping Convention.

US White House Award for Sustainability Research.


Work

Founded the Environmental Science and Policy Institute when I was 33, and developed a methodology for FastScience!(TM) that we used to clean up the Charles River in Boston and now applying to biomedical research.

Invented forerunner of Google Earth (US patent), invented an early-reading teaching tool, and in 2019 received US patent 10,311,442 b1 for an automated learning method to research dynamic systems, which we are now about to launch for the human body to accelerate biomedical research.
